COVID-19 Alert Level 3 Information

What does level 3 mean for your local Toyotaz Galore & Mitsi Galore Store?

Toyotaz Galore & Mitsi Galore remains committed to supporting the business’s we operate with, so we are moving to contactless methods for part sales during COVID-19 alert level 3.

We will stringently follow the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, to make sure our customers, and employees are safe during this time so our interactions with you will be different for a while.

Couriers:

Please be advised that couriers are facing delays, Delivery times are could be extended by 2-4 days, we aim to get orders processed & on a courier within 24hours of the purchase.

Contactless transactions – Click and Collect.

All our transactions under alert level 3 will be contactless to ensure the safety of you and us. We can offer all our normal services in a contactless way, including new and used part sales, Please be advised Toyotaz Galore & Mitsi Galore trade and retail customers counter is not open. 

Customers must call our 0800 480 095 number to order your part. 

Customers will need to pay over the phone or online.

A Toyotaz Galore staff member will process your order and call or text you when it is ready or dispatched. 

Upon arrival Customers will need to call our 0800 number, wait at the gate a staff member will bring your part to be placed at the gate for you to collect. 

Please DO NOT enter Toyotaz Galore or & Mitsi Galore premises.

Cleaning procedures:

Rest assured when you parts will be thoroughly sanitised after any contact with a Toyotaz Galore & Mitsi Galore team member. This means that it may take us a bit longer to prepare your part.

Contact tracing:

For everyone’s safety, we will be collecting contact details from all visitors to our Toyotaz Galore & Mitsi Galore site’s to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines.

We will monitor the health of our team and only allow healthy employees to enter each store bubble. 

Social distancing:

Team members will continue to maintain correct social distancing when they’re at work and ask that you do the same when visiting us.
